World’s tallest building by Lodha builders

MUMBAI: The city of Mumbai will soon boast off the tallest residential building in the world, to be developed by Lodha Developers Ltd.
The building will be called ‘World One,’ the contract of which has been awarded to a joint venture (JV) between ACC and Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.
The total cost of the project is pegged at Rs 450 crores with its completion time slated at 38 months.
