Vasathi Housing all set to expand presence with new ventures in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai

HYDERABAD: Vasathi Housing Ltd, a real estate company focusing on 'affordable luxury', has decided to expand its presence with the help of new ventures in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. This expansion will be needing investment outlay of almost Rs 400 crore in the upcoming 12 months.

The firm has decided to secure almost $100 million during the year and the new investments would be spread in the upcoming 18-24 months as new projects come up in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. The company is presently executing a 400-apartment venture here with a built up space of almost 5,40,000 sq ft.

The Vasathi Anandi project would be completed by the period November-December this year. This project has helped the company position itself in the desired segment. The firm recently bagged ISO quality certification which has been given to select number of real estate developers in the housing segment.
