Unitech expects Rs 400 cr sales from Noida project

NEW DELHI: Unitech, a leading real estate developer in India, is aiming a sales realization of Rs 400 crore over the next 2-3 years through an ambitious housing project in Noida. Unitech, the first developer been certified with ISO 9001:2000 in North India, has introduced a seven-acre housing project 'Exquisite' in Noida last week.

R Nagaraju, vice president (Corporate Planning), Unitech said, “We will develop 312 luxury apartments in this project. We expect to generate sales-booking of Rs 400 crore over a period of 2-3 years from this project.”

Nagaraju also informed that the price of apartments would be different as per the sizes of the flats. These flats are sized from 2205-2450 sq ft and the amount would start from Rs 1.2 crore. As the demand of the luxury flats are increasing rapidly in Noida, therefore the project has been launched here.
