GOA: SPML Infra Ltd. has recently made a formal announcement declaring the recent developments on the front of new orders received by the company. The company has reportedly won two new huge contracts, which are estimated to be worth Rs 263.50 crore.
The first order is allotted by Goa Water Supply and Sewerage Board which costs around Rs 138.50 crore and requires the company to expand its 100 MLD water treatment plant located at Salaulim in Goa. SPML would be handling the responsibilities for design, installation, construction, testing, supply as well as installing PLC and SCADA system at the water treatment plant.
The second order, on the other hand, comes from Dehradun Municipal Corporation which is estimated to be worth Rs 25 crore under which the company would be developing integrated solid waste management project including the design, operation, construction as well as management for the project for a time span of 14 years. This project would be executed on a public-private partnership (PPP) basis.
