TVS Motor's July sales fell 15%

CHENNAI: TVS Motor's Company has seen 15.11% decline in overall sales in July 2012 to 161,255 units as compared to 189,962 units in July 2011.
The two-wheeler sales slipped 15% to 1,57,954 units and the domestic sales fell to 1,40,822 units as against 1,60,348 units during July last year.
During July, the firm sold 53,355 motorcycles as compared to 70,170 units in the same period last year. The scooter sales fell 17% to 40,895 units.
