CHENNAI: Real estate company True Value Homes India has unveiled a super premium apartments project 'Quadrant' in the city worth Rs 600 crore.
The city-based firm would start construction activity on the 18-storeyed building during this week, according to firm's Chairman N Ravichandran.
Ravichandran said, “Quandrant will have about 100 units with a size of 2,000 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft. It will be completed in three years.”
The price of apartments vary between Rs 3.5 crore- Rs 6 crore.
