NEW DELHI: Credit ratings agency CRISIL has posted 20% rise in the standalone net profit to Rs 54 crore in the January-March 2012 period as compared to Rs 45 crore in the year ago period.
The firm's financial year is operational from January to December.
On a consolidated basis, the agency witnessed 24% increase in net profit to Rs 57 crore as compared to Rs 46 crore in the corresponding year ago period. It has seen 29% rise in consolidated overall income to Rs 230 crore.
The board of directors has announced an interim dividend of Rs 3 per share on shares of face value of Re 1 each. Moreover, the board declared one-time special dividend of Rs 3 per share.
