SRF Ltd to start Rs 200-cr R&D projects in Gujarat chemical complex

NEW DELHI: SRF Limited, a diversified firm active in technical textiles business, has decided to initiate three research and development driven projects worth Rs 200 crore at its Dahej chemical complex in Gujarat.

The company will take up these new projects in Intermediate specialty plant, Flexible Multipurpose plant and captive power plant. All the three new projects are likely to strengthen SRF's capacity to meet the rising demand of the world's pharma and agro companies for the supply of new flurospecialities at affordable prices.

All the three projects are likely to get over within 12-18 months.
