KOCHI: Spices Board has won the 'Niryat Bhandu' award for the board's excellent performance in spices exports.
The board Chairman A Jayathilak received the award from the President, Pranab Mukherjee at a function in New Delhi yesterday.
Spices export from India registered an all time high in the 2011-12 fiscal, crossing the $2 billion mark.
