NEW DELHI: Shipbreaking activities at Alang had restarted on December 25, stated the Gujarat Ship Recycling Industry Association (GSRIA) president, Mr Vishnu Kumar Gupta.
This took place after the Central Excise authorities decided to keep in abeyance the notification seeking change in system of invoicing by the shipbreakers for transparency.
