BANGALORE: Research In Motion (RIM) has unveiled the BlackBerry Torch 9810 and it is the latest entry into the business smartphone market. It is operational on the recent OS 7. The firm is on a spree of unveiling handsets.
It has recently launched Bold 9900, Torch 2, and Storm 3. The Torch 9810. It comes with 1.2 GHz processor and also aims to make things snappier. The input is available by 3.2" 640x480 capacitive touch screen, an optical track pad, and a slide-out QWERTY keypad. It also features a 5-MP camera along with LED flash and also boasts of zero shutter lag.
The phone also comes with 3G connectivity. The quad band support for 2G and also 3G makes it possible for using the phone anywhere. The battery offers talk time of 6.5 hours and 5.9 hours on 2G and 3G networks respectively. The BlackBerry Torch 9810 is priced at Rs 29,749.
