Real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield starts office in Ahmedabad

AHMEDABAD: Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate consultant, has started its new office here. It will lead to the company's entry into the Gujarat's property market.

Cushman and Wakefield (C&W) said in a statement, “This is C&W's first office in Gujarat and tenth office in India. This is a strategic development for the company to set up a physical presence in the city, while Cushman & Wakefield has been successfully conducting business in the region for nearly a decade.”

The new office would stress on servicing new opportunities in the booming Gujarat real estate market.

Gujarat has witnessed strong growth in its economy in the past few years, which has strengthened the real estate market in past few years.

Ahmedabad market has been jumping due to the favourable governmental policies.
