PUNE: The two-day 43rd National Franchise, Retail and SME (FRO) Show 2011 is all set to kicked off here from October 15 at Sun N Sand Hotel.
The show was being organised by Franchise India and Indian Franchise Association (IFA) and has also backed the support of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India.
Mr Chandrakant Salunkhe, the President of SME Chamber of Conference, Mr Ashwini Malhotra, Chairman CII Pune, Managing Director of Weikfield Food, Shri Diwakar Keskar, Regional Officer, MCED, Pune along with Gaurav Marya, President, Franchise India and Ashna G Sharan, CEO Franchise India Exhibitions, will inaugurate the event.
The show is being considered as a productive platform for the aspiring entrepreneurs looking for a start-up or for those who are planning to enhance their franchise network with potential entrepreneurs in Pune.
Mr Gaurav Marya, President, Franchise India, said “FRO Pune boasts of serious business opportunities in retail and service sector. Through this platform, we aim to identify, foster and commercialise innovative business start-up ideas. Franchising fraternity in India is scaling up at the rate of 30-35 per cent annually and Franchise India always assists the brands and investors to make an informed business decision.”
Moreover, a Startup Summit 2011 is also scheduled in the event, aiming to enlighten a new perspective on the business and will be the prefect platform to grow business start-up ideas, network with business leaders, potential investors.
