NEW DELHI: Premier Explosives Ltd, the manufacturer of explosives and accessories, has secured the approval of its board members to set up a joint venture Company (JV) in Zambia, at the meeting held on May 23, 2012.

The company will manufacture bulk explosives and accessories and for related business operations through this joint venture firm.

Premier Explosives Limited is engaged in the manufacture, sale, and export of explosives and accessories for civil requirements in India.
