MUMBAI: The state-owned oil and gas company Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), has appointed Praveen Kumar Goyal as Director (Finance) of the company.
Earlier, Mr Praveen was Executive Director (International Trade, Information Systems and Optimisation) at IOC's corporate office.
Mr Goyal will succeed S V Narasimhan, who is giving up the responsibilities on superannuation on April 30.
He holds a rich experience of over three decades in IOC and now the Chartered Accountant he will be responsible to handle treasury operations of size exceeding USD 80 billion, policy formulation and statutory compliances as well as appraisal of projects beyond Rs 100 crore.
