SRINAGAR: J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has reviewed the status of progress on different big ticket projects, which is being implemented in state by Economic Reconstruction Agency (ERA) under Asian Development Bank funding.
The CM bagged a complete brief on the progress pace of different works and the time frame decided for their conclusion.
Stressing on the timely completion, Abdullah asked ERA to speed up the projects consisting the development of a modern multi-tier parking at KMD bus stand, Jahangir Chowk and Bikram Chowk flyovers, Talab Tillo sewerage scheme, storm water drainage projects at Athwajan, Digiana and Channi Himmat.
He also directed ERA to buy solid waste management equipment for Srinagar Municipal Corporation, buy of water tankers and enhancing the water supply system in Jammu city.
