PUNE: Mahindra Composites Ltd has announced that it will be considering dividend for 2010-11. The decision will be taken at the board of directors meeting, which is scheduled to be held on April 26.
Furthermore, the board will also consider the Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2011.
The company is involved in the manufacture, sale, and export of polymer composites in India. It offers sheet molding and dough molding compounds, molded components, and molds. The company's products include radiator grills, NVH covers, transmission covers for utility vehicles, engine hoods and head light embellishers for commercial vehicles, engine bonnet cum driver supports, muffler guards for two wheelers, engine stone hit treys, and bonnet covers for the automobile sector. Its products also comprise MCB body, MCB cover, and MCB housing products for use in electrical switch gears; and primary disconnect insulators, tuning cases and covers for signaling unit, railway windows, barriers for vacuum circuit breakers, bombshells, engine bonnet cum driver supports, and fuse carrier boxes for the electrical, railway, and defense sectors.
