CHENNAI: Kerala Drugs Control authorities booked five ayurvedic companies under law for violating Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act-1955 for selling their product with the help of misleading advertisement.
They have also initiated action and started vigilance as an on going exercise across the state.
The strict vigilance has led to many seizures of drugs, which were sold with the help of misleading advertisements.
