CHARLOTTE (NORTH CAROLINA): The Association of American Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI) has recently declared to organise an Indo-US Global Health Summit in Kochi next year. The main aim behind the summit is to make convenience, affordability and the quality of healthcare more advanced and progressive in nature.
Dr Narendra Kumar, AAPI president said, “In our efforts to realize these goals, we have successfully gained the support of several leading healthcare experts and professional physician associations to collaborate on this ground breaking international healthcare summit, designed to bring the best, most efficient and cost effective healthcare solutions to the people of India.”
Some of the renowned people such as the Minister of Overseas Indian Affairs, Vayalar Ravi; Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Chief Minister of Kerala, Oommen Chandy and Advisor to the Prime Minister of India, T.K.A Nair have been decided as the speakers for the summit.
