COIMBATORE: IndiGo is unveiling a daily direct flight between Coimbatore and Mumbai from today. IndiGo will be operating its 50th new Airbus A320 aircraft on this route.
Mr Aditya Ghosh, President, IndiGo, has stated that the expansion of the operations in the South has been part of the growth strategy and IndiGo will be continuing its expansion drive to fulfill the needs of both business and leisure travellers.
The flight would leave at 11.50 am from Mumbai and reach at 1.35 pm in Coimbatore, while in the return direction, the flight would be departing from here at 2.05 pm and then arrive at Mumbai at 3.50 pm. The fares would be starting from Rs 3,735 (all inclusive lowest one-way fare valid for booking made 14 days before travel date).
IndiGo, which claims to be India's second largest airline, enjoys market share of 20.4%. With a fleet of 50-new Airbus A320 aircraft, the airline provides 307-daily flights. It connects 31 destinations.
