IndiaCo floats VC firm 'IncuCapital'

PUNE: IndiaCo, a private equity company, has launched a hybrid venture capital firm 'IncuCapital' with the aim to promote and also provide funding to startups. This early stageVC fund will also provide basic infrastructure to startups and also raise an early stage fund for seed capital investments.

The firm is currently holding talks with a few firms and is also planning to fund two-three ventures by the end of this month. IncuCapital has been founded by entrepreneurs Mr Manish Kumar and Mr Surojit Nandy.

This company is also in the process of establishing base incubators in various professional institutions in different domains such as B-Schools, engineering, medicine, pharma and in domains such as law and hotel management etc.
