NEW DELHI: The agriculture minister of Argentina Julian Dominguez is scheduled to visit the capital today, to foster bilateral agro trade relations between the two countries. He is also likely to discuss export issues of soya oil, pulses and food processing technologies.
In addition to the meeting with his Indian counterpart, Union agriculture minister Sharad Pawar, Dominguez is expected to ink three major pacts during the visit.
This visit would be followed by Indian vegetable oil importers and solvent extractors delegation which would tap the Argentine industry for joint ventures and investments in the agriculture business.
