IL&FS Engineering and Construction bags Rs 394-cr road project from DLF

NEW DELHI: IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has bagged Rs 394.3-crore contract from the real estate developer DLF for the development of a road in Haryana.

A statement from IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company said, “The company has been awarded a turn-key EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contract by DLF Ltd for a value of Rs 394.3 crore for construction of high speed Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) sector road.”

The stretch is from NH-8 to sector 55/56 at Gurgaon and it is slated to be concluded in 18 months from the date of start of work.

Five years is the maintenance period for the project.

The road will be having a dedicated corridor for Sector 25 to Sector 55. It will solve the problem of traffic congestion.
