NEW DELHI: Kailash Dhar Diwan has taken charge as the Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL).
In September 1997, he became part of HCL as Director (Operations), where he also headed the materials and contracts department.
In the past, this post was held by Shakeel Ahmed, who retired from the services yesterday.
