HYDERABAD: Google is considering to launch nearly 100 workshops and seminars in different Indian cities by 2011 to make the small and medium enterprises(SMEs) understand the benefits of online presence.
It recently, started a call centre here for its AdWords customers in the southern part of India. This is Google's second call centre in India after the first one in Delhi. The Hyderabad call centre will offer help to AdWords customers in languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
The company is also considering to launch nearly 100 workshops and seminars in different Indian cities by 2011 to make the small and medium enterprises(SMEs) understand the benefits of online presence.
