Gold declines by Rs 108 at futures trade today

NEW DELHI: Gold prices fell by Rs 108 to Rs 29,991 per 10 grams at today's futures trade.

The sentiment became bearish since gold in global markets slipped. At the Multi Exchange Commodity (MCX), gold for delivery in August slipped by 0.36%per 10 grams in business turnover of 5,118 lots.

The June contract declined Rs 81 or 0.27% to Rs 29,785 per 10 grams in 131 lots.

In Singapore, gold slipped 0.6% to $1,614.88 ounce. On June 1, it had jumped 4.1%.
