Gateway Distriparks fixes 2nd May to consider 3rd interim dividend

MUMBAI: The city-based logistics solutions provider Gateway Distriparks Ltd, has decided to consider the third interim dividend on 2nd May 2011.

Moreover, the board has also fixed 12th May, 2011 for the payment of the recommended dividend.

The company provides logistics solutions for the international trading community and the shipping industry in India. It operates container freight stations at Navi Mumbai, Chennai, and Visakhapatnam; and inland container depot at Garhi Harsaru.

It also offers re-packing of export, sorting and labeling, re-bagging, palletization, shrink wrapping, and inspection services. In addition, it involves in the transportation of laden and empty containers by trailers to various locations by roads.
