BANGALORE: First Advantage, a talent acquisition and electronic data solutions provider, has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for collaborating with Pitney Bowes India on background verification.
Under the MoU, First Advantage will be partnering with Pitney Bowes to get employment documents to lower the possibility of tampering with employment documents such as relieving letters, pay slips and other documents. It will prohibit fraud in employment verification and mitigating the Human Capital risk.
President of Pitney Bowes Growth Markets Eric Yves-Mahe said, “When we talk about fraud and counterfeit, we are talking about a $650-billion worldwide industry, and the latest update from the International Chamber of Commerce shows that the figure could go up to $1.7 trillion by 2015.”
Both the firms hosted a seminar to unveil pbSecure in India.
