KOLKATA: Diana Tea Company Limited (DTCL), an Aares Group firm, is looking at 10-15% rise in its turnover during this year.
DTCL Managing Director S Singhania said, “Currently, our turnover stands at Rs.51 crore. We are planning 10 percent to 15 percent increase in our turnover in the current year.” This statement has come after the firm's annual general meeting.
The firm has registered Rs 6.10-crore net loss in the March quarter. For the corresponding period a year ago, the firm saw net loss worth Rs 6.58 crore.
It has decided to leave the packet tea business soon since it failed to achieve proft.
