NEW DELHI: Media group DB Corp's standalone net profit slipped by 27.63 per cent to Rs 45.87 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 citing increase in cost of raw materials and other expenses.
In the corresponding period last fiscal, the company had posted a net profit of Rs 63.39 crore.
Company's standalone total income from operations increased to Rs 374.20 crore for the quarter under consideration from Rs 351.54 crore for the year ago period.
The board of directors of the company have recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share with face value of Rs 10 each.
Moreover, the company's board had declared and paid two interim dividends of Rs 1.75 each per equity share of Rs 10 each.
