Arihant Superstructures fetches Project Star Rating for Jodhpur project

JODHPUR: The credit rating agency Credit Analysis & Research Ltd (CARE Ratings) has assigned Project Star Rating ‘Jodhpur 4-Star’ to Arihant Superstructures Limited for its ‘Arihant Adita’ project in the city. Arihant Superstructures Ltd has recorded net sales income from operations at Rs 13.84 crore in the quarter ended on September 30, 2011. However, its net profit has decreased to Rs 302.08 lakh in July-September 2011 quarter from Rs 513.57 crore earned in the same period of 2010-11. At present, the company is working on several construction and infrastructure projects. Arihant Superstructures claims to put advanced technological and engineering services in all its projects in order to provide maximum comfort and convenience. The company has also been awarded as ‘Best Affordable Budget Housing Projects Developer of 2011’ in Rajasthan by Franchise India. The stock of the company closed at Rs 60.10, with the loss of Rs 1.2 or 1.96 per cent on November 16, 2011.
