HYDERABAD: Andhra Bank has unveiled prepaid gift and international travel cards. These prepaid gifts card is available in denominations of range Rs 250 and Rs 50,000. It can be bought at no extra charge.
For the gifts cards valued over Rs 20,000, the select Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations would be applied.
Moreover, Andhra Bank International Travel Card has also been unveiled in different denominations in US dollars. A co-branded health card in partnership with India First Life Insurance Company Ltd (a life insurance joint of venture of Andhra Bank) has been rolled out to access the problem-free claim settlement.
Reports suggest that all the cards have been unveiled on the MasterCard platform.
Recently, Andhra Bank has informed that after consultation with Reserve Bank of India, it has nominated Mr Pankaj Chaturvedi as the Part-Time Non-Official Director under Chartered Accountant category on the Board of Directors of Andhra Bank for a time span of three years.
