Air India unveils mobile booking facility

MUMBAI: Air India has unveiled mobile phone booking facility. It allows the customers to purchase and also pay for domestic tickets via their mobile. For availing this facility, users will be needing to download the free Ngpay software.

The new facility will be beneficial in lowering the hassles associated with booking via conventional methods. It will be helping the customers in Tier II and Tier III cities where Internet is not available to the individual users.

The convenience of mobile booking can be used also by the busy executives who are always on the move. The facility comes with the ease of payments that can be made via credit/debit cards or net banking through mobile phones.

The customers need to send an SMS ngpay' to 56767 and then download the free Ngpay software from the site www dot ngpay dot com. After the download is over, the users will be allowed to book and pay via an easy and user-friendly interface.

After the completion of the transaction, the customer will be getting a confirmation SMS along with the necessary details. The passengers may report to the kerbside counter of Air India with the SMS details, along with a photo ID proof to facilitate the journey.
