After Iran agreed with six world powers – the five permanent members of the Security Council plus Germany – in Geneva to allow IAEA inspectors unfettered access to its plant near the holy Shiite city of Qom, kept secret by it until last month, a team of IAEA inspectors would visit the site on Oct. 25.
