Venezuela President offers crude to India

India and Venezuela have signed an agreement giving 40 per cent stake to ONGC Videsh Ltd. in the San Christobal field. The pact was signed during the visit of Petroleum Minister Murli Deora to Caracas on April 9. Deora requested two more areas in the Orinoco belt.
