UPA-Left N-committee meeting – little headway towards signing safeguards deal

At the UPA-Left Nuclear Committee meeting held in New Delhi on March 17, the two sides barely moved an inch forward in effecting any further breakthrough over the deal than what they had achieved at their last engagement in November last year.
