Sri Lanka’s LTTE air raid – military claims no damage

Sri Lanka’s separatist rebels used light aircraft to bomb an army defence line in the island’s war-torn North in the early hours of April 27 after fierce clashes killed 48 combatants. Military spokesman said, the LTTE aircraft dropped three bombs near Sri Lankan forces in the Velloya region but no soldier was hurt.
