The Goa Government has formed a special investigation team to probe theDiwali eve blast in Margao in which two members of a right wing extremist Hindu organization were killed. A low intensity crude bomb went off on October 16 at the venue of a crowded Diwali celebration where Chief Minister Digambar Kamat was present. The bomb was in a scooter parked nearby. Two persons were wounded in the explosion and later succumbed to their injuries.
