Speaking at an award function organised by the Standing Conference of Public Sector Enterprises (SCOPE) last week, the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, said that the government is keen on unlocking value of public sector enterprises (PSEs) and towards this end, the government was encouraging them to raise resources by listing on the stock exchanges.
