President Pratibha Patil’s Brazil visit: Low turnout at her Senate address

India and Brazil signed four agreements during the visit of President Pratibha Patil to Brasilia on April 17 on the first leg of her Latin American tour. But the near-empty Houses in Brazil when she addressed its Senate on April 16 have left the President’s house red-faced.
