North East: Naga peace talks resume

The Naga peace talks between the Indian Government and the militant outfit, NSCN (IM) resumed after six months in New Delhi on April 16, with both sides agreeing to “help each other.” Besides discussing the issue of a separate constitution for “Nagalim”, the two sides discussed ways of dealing with local developments in Nagaland since October last.
