Meghalaya : CM mulls scheme for ex-rebels

Meghalaya chief minister Donkupar Roy on April 17 told the Assembly that the surrendered HNLC militants should not be “misused” by businessmen and others for personal gain. He was replying to a motion moved by Ardent Basaiawmoit of United Democratic Party (UDP) on the unemployment problem in the state.
