Manipur security reviewed

Cabinet Secretary K.M. Chandrasekhar held another review meeting with Manipur chief secretary Jarnail Singh in New Delhi on April 1. The meeting was the third one in four months to discuss security situation in the state. Contrary to speculation that President’s rule would be imposed in Manipur, the Cabinet Secretariat denied any such move.
