Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram has said that the new dialogue process to resolve the Kashmir issue will be a quiet one. Addressing an Editors’ Conference in Srinagar on Wednesday, Oct. 14, he said: “A dialogue cannot take place in full glare of television cameras.
