Kashmir: Centre may invite separatists for talks

Reports say that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh may extend an open invitation to separatists to join talks during his Srinagar visit later this month. This is being done when militant violence in the valley is at a low level, though Pakistan has been trying to push in terrorists from across the Line of Control. Apart from the Hurriyat, the Centre may also send letters to leaders of other organizations to come forward for talks.
