The country has almost doubled investment in projects for the quarter ended September 2009 with India Inc readying with fresh capital expenditure in capacity additions. Various companies have announced investments worth Rs 3.28 lakh crore during the quarter. This is an increase of 89% from Rs 1.74 lakh crore worth of additions during the April-June 2009 quarter.
