Govt. to sign MoU with Malaysia

Concerned about the plight of Indian workers in Malaysia, the Government has decided to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Malaysian Government for protection of workers in each other’s country. Of the 20 lakh foreign workers in Malaysia, 1.37 lakh workers are Indians. The condition of the Indian workers is considered far from satisfactory.
