Foreign Secretary Shiv Shanker Menon, who had gone to Beijing on a two-day visit to attend the meeting of “outreach countries” of the G-8 to plan coordination and cooperation for the coming G-8 summit in Japan, also had a series of meetings with senior Chinese leaders to discuss bilateral ties.
