Forex: Foreign exchange reserves increased to $1.66 billion for the week ended May 29, mainly due to dollar purchases by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to arrest the rise of the rupee against the dollar.



Rate swaps: Indian overnight indexed rate swaps rallied on 1st June on uncertainty-emerging from expected increase in government's borrowing target and higher global crude prices adding to the sentiment, traders confirmed.
